General LS Rules

1. Respect everyone.

2. Keep drama out of the LS. If a situation arises between members please use /tell. If you think it is serious enough, please let a sack know ASAP so we can help resolve.

3. If someone makes a mistake, please try not to single anyone out when discussing in the LS. Let a sack know of the situation so that we can talk to that person directly to make sure it doesn’t happen in the future.

Event Rules

1. It is VERY important that you stay with the alliance, pay attention and follow directions during events. If you are new to the LS or do not understand the directions given, DO NOT ASSUME, as it may cause serious problems during the event. Ask a sack or speak up in LS ASAP so that we can clarify the instructions; we will be moving fast during events as we are on a timed schedule. We would rather take time to explain again so that you understand, than spend 10+ minutes recovering or fixing a mistake.

2. DO NOT Auto-follow anyone during an event. If you need to go away from your character for longer than 5 minutes during an event, please log off and log back on when you return. If there is less then 10 minutes during a timed event please log off if you need to go away from your character; too may items may be lost if you are not there to pass at the very end of the time limit. We want to make sure that all items drop and are not lost when time runs out.

3. Turn /autotarget OFF before ALL events. Everyone will need to make an /assist “name” macro so that they can assist the tank during events; if the tank dies there will always be a back up tank so it will be helpful to have the back up tank on another /assist macro as well. The main and secondary /assist will be announced prior to the event starting.

4. Please DO NOT chat during events. The sacks will be giving instructions/information in the LS (& party chat) during events and if there is too much spam, members will miss important information. If you have a question please use the LS to ask, the sacks will try and answer you ASAP. If you don’t get an answer (as we may have missed seeing your question) please send one of the sacks a /tell.

5. If you are online you should be attending the LS event, unless you have a reasonable explanation for missing and you have talked to a sack member prior to the event. You can be removed from the LS, if you are online and miss multiple events with out a reasonable explanation.

6. Three points will be given for each event that you attend start to finish; partial points will be given if you are late, go away for a long time period or if you have to leave early. Points are separate by sections of events. Only points earned in Dyna can be used in Dyna, Sea used in Sea, Sky used in Sky, etc.

7. Three points will be given for any misc scheduled event; you must have a /seacom (Search Comment) up so that we can add your points to the event area of your choice (i.e Dynamis, Sea, etc).

8. Most importantly please remember to be respectful to other members when bidding/lotting items from events. Frequently items will go to free lot because no one has a /seacom for a main or sub lot. If you aren't currently leveling that job please be respectful to other members that are; we will do many farming runs and more items will drop.

Dynamis Rules

1. You have the option of choosing two jobs to lot items during Cities (Bastok, Sandy, Windy, Jeuno). You must have a /seacom to lot items; /seacom’s will be written down prior to entering and can not be changed after we have entered dynamis. Because of the number of members we have, we must start writing down the /seacom’s up to 30 minutes before we enter. If you have changed your /seacom at any time (or added it late) please /tell a sack so we can update the information. If you change your /seacom and fail to notify a sack, you may not be allowed to lot the item. Any item that drops and is named as “Free Lot” by a sack member may be lot on by everyone (even if you are in your trial period). All members (except those that are in a trial period) must have your /seacom for Dyna as follows (Do not list more than one job for each section……if you do we will only take the first listed):

Main Lot – Whm (This job must be level 70+ in order to lot relic armor)

Sub Lot – Blm (This job must be level 65+ in order to lot relic armor)

2. You have the option of bidding on one job during Northlands (Beac. Glacier & Xarbard). Bids will be in intervals of 5's (i.e 5, 10, 15 etc). You must have a /seacom to bid & lot an item; /seacom’s will be written down prior to bidding and can not be changed after we have started bidding. Because of the number of members we have, we must start writing down the /seacom’s up to 30 minutes before we enter, so that we can start the bidding process. All members (except those that are in a trial period) must have your /seacom for Northlands as follows (Do not list more than one job per section……if you do we will only take the first listed):

Main Lot – Whm (This job must be level 73+ in order to bid for relic armor)

3. You have the option of bidding on one job during Dreamlands (Qufim, Valkurm, Buburimu, Tavnazia). You also have the option to lot on one job and one -1 relic armor piece. All members (except those that are in a trial period) must have your /seacom for Dreamlands as follows (Do not list more than one job per section……if you do we will only take the first listed):

Accessory Lot – Whm Belt (This job must be level 70+ in order to bid relic armor)

Main Lot – Blm Body (This job must be level 70+ in order to lot relic armor)

-1 Relic – Whm Hands -1 (You must have the Relic piece in order to lot -1 relic armor)

4. If we are entering a dyna where items are going to be bid on, the bidding process will go as follows. If multiple members have a /seacom for an item it will be listed as a bidding item. If only one member has that item in their /seacom it will not be a bidded item; it will be -5 points for that person and no bidding will be done. Dynamis bids go by intervals of 5 (i.e. 5, 10, 15 etc). If a member only has 21 points, the highest bid they can bid would be 20. Members will only loose points if they win an item and it drops to them. (i.e. If you are second in line for an item, as the next highest bid, you will only loose points if a second item drops and you cast lot and the item drops to you)

5. When an item drops, priority goes as follows:

A) Highest Bid
B) Second Highest Bid & so on (members can choose to take third, fourth, and so on)
C) Main Lots (After all bid items)
D) Sub Lots (After all main lots)
E) “Free Lot” (Order from: 70+, 60+, then remaining) (Northlands Free "Cast Lots" items are -5 points)

5(cont) If multiple of the same items drop, it would follow the above list. If there is no bidding (i.e cities), then it would start at C. If an item drops that was bid on, but the member who won the bid (for some reason) is not in the event at that time (i.e logged off, d/c) the item would follow the same order.

6. Currency and Wootz Ores can only be lot on by the LS sacks or a designated member.

7. Miscellaneous/Synthesis items such as Beastcoins, Infinity cores, Relic Iron, Experience Scrolls ect are “Free Lot” to everyone.

8. Relic Weapons are “Free lot” but please only cast lot if you have intentions of upgrading them.

Limbus Rules

1. You have the option of choosing one job to lot items during Limbus (Temenos & Apollyon). You must have a /seacom to lot items; /seacom’s will be written down prior to entering and can not be changed after we have entered limbus. All members (except those that are in a trial period) must have your /seacom for Limbus as follows (Do not list more than one job for each section……if you do we will only take the first listed):

Main Lot – Whm (This job must be level 70+ in order to lot relic armor)

2. If we are entering Ultima or Omega (Sea) all items will be biddable. Bids will be in intervals of 5's (i.e 5, 10, 15 etc). The bidding process will go as follows. We will go through each item for bids, but because multiple of the same items can drop from Ultima & Omega, we will take the two highest bids. If only one person bid on the item and two of the same drop, the second item will be “Free Lot”. Members will only loose points if they win an item and it drops to them (i.e. If you are second in line for an item, as the next highest bid, you will only loose points if a second item drops and you cast lot and the item drops to you).

If we bid on (for example) Legs first, and there was three members that bid. If the member that had the second highest bid decided they want another item that had not been bid on yet, they can choose to pass their second highest bid for the Legs piece and bid on another item. If they do so, then the next person in line will be listed as the second highest bidder, incase two legs drop. The member that chose to pass on the Legs can not go back to their original bid for the legs.

If we bid (for example) Legs first, and there was only two members that bid. If the member that had the second highest bid decided they want another item that had not been bid on yet, they can choose to bid on another item. If they win the new item they bid on, the second leg piece would be “Free Lot”. If they didn’t win the highest bid on the second item, they must pick one item to be listed as second highest bid, they can not be listed as second for both items. The item they didn’t pick for second bid, will be listed as “Free Lot”.

4. Ancient Beast Coins can only be lot on by the LS sacks or a designated member. At the end of the run, all coins will be split evenly amongst the members who attended. If there is left over coins they will be carried over to the next run and added to the total for splitting.

Sky Rules

1. All God items will be biddable (excluding synthesis items and seals). Bids will be in intervals of 5's (i.e 5, 10, 15 etc). The bidding process will go as follows. We will go through each item for bids, but because multiple of the same items can drop from Sky, we will take the two highest bids. If only one person bid on the item and two of the same drop, the second item will be “Free Lot”. Members will only loose points if they win an item and it drops to them (i.e. If you are second in line for an item, as the next highest bid, you will only loose points if a second item drops and you cast lot and the item drops to you).

If we bid on (for example) Zenith Head – Aquarian abjuration first, and there was three members that bid. If the member that had the second highest bid decided they want another item that had not been bid on yet, they can choose to pass their second highest bid for Zenith Head and bid on another item. If they do so, then the next person in line will be listed as the second highest bidder, incase two drop (or if the first person d/c etc). The member that chose to pass on Zenith Head can not go back to their original bid.

If we bid (for example) Zenith Head – Aquarian abjuration first, and there was only two members that bid. If the member that had the second highest bid decided they want another item that had not been bid on yet, they can choose to bid on another item. If they win the new item they bid on, the second Zenith Head would be “Free Lot”. If they didn’t win the highest bid on the second item, they must pick one item to be listed as second highest bid, they can not be listed as second for both items. The item they didn’t pick for second bid, will be listed as “Free Lot”.

2. Because the majority of items that drop from GODS are abjurations, and the member must buy another item to have it turned into the actual armor piece, you must have the job leveled to equip the armor piece you are bidding on. (i.e. You will not be able to bid Zenith Head – Aquarian abjuration which is level 73, if your whm is level 70)

3. Synthesis items & seals can only be lot on by the LS sacks or a designated member. The synthesis items will be sold to buy more pop items for sky. The seals will be held to make Kirin sets for the LS. At some point, the sacks may say the seals are “Free Lot” if the LS has too many.

4. If you have a GOD pop set, you may claim only one item and the remaining items will be bid upon by the members. Synthesis items and seal will be lot on by the LS sacks or a designated member.

Einherjar Rules

These rules will need to be updated - we are now teaming up with another LS for Ein. On the day we pay our members will be allowed to lot on equipment items. Please do not lot any items during the event, i.e experience scrolls. Let them drop to members.

1. You have the option of choosing one item to lot during Einherjar. All members (except those that are in a trial period) must have your /seacom for Einherjar as follows (Do not list more than one job for each section……if you do we will only take the first listed):

Main Lot – Whm (This job must be able to equip the item in order to lot)

4. Experience books are “Free Lot”. Other misc items are not “Free Lot” unless stated by a sack. Consumable items will be designated to the people on jobs that need them.

5. Once we have traded the Smouldering Lamp to the Entry Gate in Hazhalm Testing Grounds, a sack will trade all party leaders a lamp and they must pass out to their party members and enter ASAP. Einherjar only has a 30 minute time limit and we can not pull mobs inside Einherjar until all members have entered. If a mob is pulled and all members have not entered, they will not be able to enter, because of this reason only a sack or designated member is allowed to pull mobs in Einherjar. If you are not there to receive your lamp from your party leader, YOU WILL BE LEFT.

If you do not understand any of the rules or have a question please do not hesitate to ask .
